Been out with the family to spend some gift certficates i got for my birthday last month, nice to get some new tools.

Racing is today! Picked up an sc10 4x4 from one of the local fast and picky guys... for $250 with a BLS253, novak 6.5, and a whole race night worth of parts and tuning accessories.

Haven't got to paint my new body yet though... Was supposed to be nice Thursday but ended up snowing instead. I guess I'll run my 2wd body ... lol

Good Morning Everyone.
Wow I actually slept in this morning YAY! Very cold and windy here today. I wish it would snow some more sleds look so sad sitting on dirt.

Gonna make some blueberry pancakes and do as little as possible today!!!

I haven't seen enough snow around here yet to even drive irresponsibly... It makes me sad. :(

I am failing miserably at doing nothing today. I have already been on the computer for 2 hours.

Yeah if it's going to be cold there might as well be 3 feet of snow on the ground. At least then I can get out the big toys.

Just got a nice dusting of snow (finally!!) Going to take the snowbuggy our on her maiden run. After I get done with my morning coffee that is.

Do you have photos of this snow buggy?

We haven't seen more than a couple of inches of snow this year! We got a dusting last night.

No plans for today as of yet.

Morning Zone, I think today I am going to take a Baja out on the ice. Now if only I could remember where the Studded tires are.

Supposed to start snowing tonight through tomorrow afternoon!

I no longer have my clodbuster or Slash to play in the snow. :(

Oh well... I have a real car. :p

I remember when winter was actually winter. This past one has been the strangest I have ever seen. I hope we get some precipitation up here soon. We don't need another fire outbreak like we had last fall.

I took the baja out on the ice yesterday it was fun until I broke it by slamming it into a rock near shore ooops..... Time for a rebuild !!!! :censored: :driving: :mad:

Is it me or is this year flying by?

Happy Friday everyone. Is anyone doing anything fun this weekend? I think I may go and do a little ice fishing it is suppose to be fairly mild all weekend here.

Every thing is depressing grey here, just obove freezing so mist raining..
And windy..


I HATE WINTER..

Working today - no rest for the weary. Taking the 2.2 bronco SCX10 out for a test cruise when I get home (50 and sunny today...February?) and hopefully getting started on my Rock Force build sometime on Sunday.

Yeah isn't this crazy weather? I am way up in Northern MN and it is going to be in the 40's here. So strange. At this rate I will have the boat in the lake by March ha ha.

I think I will take the FG MT out on the ice today and rip around.

Winter finally showed up. It's snowing pretty good tonight 4-6" expected which will be largest snow fall of the winter so far.

It was 56 degrees earlier, then it thunderstormed, and now it's like 40.

Sure feels colder than 40...

Yup....50 and sunny here. Snow went south of us this weekend, and right off the coast. Supposed to be near 60 here at the end of the week. I think we're going to get through winter without a snowfall of more than 2" all season - unheard of.

Cold wet and 6 inches of heavy nasty white stuff here this morning. It was like driving on marshmallows this morning lol. Almost noon and the plows have yet to reach the back roads. I love driving on snow but slush is a different story especially when your truck has 36" tires.
On a side note I got a bag of Sumtran reserve coffee from starbucks over the weekend. Its the best coffee I have ever had.

It's supposed to be 70F here today... Normally it's snowing this time of year and 10-25 degrees every day.

I wanted a snow day off from work!! :( lol

Loving this weather we are having here in Texas!!! Get to take the Harley back out and ride her every day to and from work and school!!! Plus I am saving a hell of a lot on gas. What's the deal with that anyways? It's outrageous. Prices are nearing $3.75 a gallon here!

Prices are the highest ever for this time of year. All the econs are saying $4.25 by April.
Which means $4.99 where I live lol. Time to get out the Moped.

It's freaking ridiculous! When I started driving back in 2001, gas was like $1.16 a gallon, maybe. When will America finally say enough is enough? The motorcycle helps in this area, but at some point there needs to be a limit to the prices. Or the government will need to raise minimum wage to counteract the rising prices.
