Heat Cycle break-in method

Hey guys,
I just picked up a RB Mods Crono RS7 Port for my buggy and I want to use the heat cycle method for break-in. I searched the forums but didn't findmuch on exactly how to go about performing this method. I've broken in several engines but have not used the heat cycle method yet and it seems like its a good way to go from all the feedback. Anyway if someone could just refresh my mind on how to do this that would be great. Thanks.

awesome thanks for the info.

Well I haven't fully decided on the RS7 or RS5 yet because apparently the RS7 is a little finicky with tuning and may be a little too much for our track. Plus theres a guy who has the RS5 pre-modded at our track and it really flies. Its identical to the P5 also so i'm not worried about reliability or anything either. Anyway i'll let you guys know how it goes and how the break-in procedure works for me too.
