Nitro Stampede Shocks & Upgrades

Hello. I'm new to this forum. I'm pretty intermediate to RC. I got into this hobby last year so yeah....

I bought this stampede and I'm going to buy the rebuild kit for the shocks on there. I was wondering what shock silicone oil should i use for the shocks for both front and rear. I do want to do wheelies but only on occasions. Also I would like to get new springs for my shocks what do you reccommend from my LHS from the link below.

Also I plan to do many hop ups for my stampede. What else should I add to my list.

MIP CVD Kit Nitro Stampede
Shock Rebuild Kit
Hitec HS-625MG
RPM Wide Front Bumper Traxxas
Dubro Inline Fuel Filter
Traxxas Stinger
Silicone Shock Oil,60Wt 2oz
Pro-Line F-150 BODY
NRustler Pro15-TRX25 Upgrade Kit
Race Guard Micro Fail-Safe

Btw, I plan to widen my stampede as well with the help of this article

Now I have an E Rusty/Pede, Their suspension is about the same. Before you rebuild the stock shocks, If you can invest in Big bore shocks do it(That's my next thing to buy)! They are way better! But for my stock shocks this is what i went with..As for shock weights I get by with 40w in the rear with a three hole pistons. and 30w oil in the front with a three hole pistons. Then I use A@E MGT red springs in the rear with large pre load spacer. Then in the front I use Losi blue 2" springs in the front with large pre load spacer. This has worked real well on the track and bashing for me. I have also changed the shock positions by making custom shock towers and A-Arms. This has increased my shock travel by about 3/4"in both directions. Due to the Nitro pede weighing more than an E pede? I would increase the spacers? CMH
