MX MONO by Hyperperformance

My cousin just bought this boat and we ran it around the creek twice so far and used two tanks of nitro fuel. I have some questions about this boat, first question is: How can we get the nose to stop bouncing up and down, the boat acts like it wants to flip over backwards, and the second question:Why does it stall after about 3 or 4 laps around the creek even when the throttle is opened up. The engine that's in it is a Rossi .18

trim tabs or prop angle for the bounce and either a bad glow plug or the engine is running too rich...

Engines don't die on the course from being too rich, they die when they are too lean.

I think I may have figured this out, the thing stalled out when it was lean and when it was rich, it did this after 3 or 4 minutes of running. I did notice that he did'nt have any fresh air coming into the engine compartment, the hatch seals pretty tight and the exaust is also in there with a tube going out of the side of the hull. I ended up drilling two holes in the in the fake scoops on the back of the hatch making them functional, hopefully this will work.

Sealed boats don't help as they will hold the heat in which will feed the engine hot air messing up the settings. Try running it without the hatch on.
Not much is known about that boat as there really isn't a lot of info on Hyperformance's site. This is the first one that I've heard of that someone bought so there may be people curious about it.
