I would probably freak out if I saw that thing rolling down the road!
Also, I'm wondering why he hasn't locked the steering for the front, erm... rear wheels. It seems to have some issues turning with the wheel free like that.

my guess:
because a FWD car will always drag the rear wheels. no matter where u point the front driven wheels, thats where the rear is gonna follow
