Novarossi MT12 Which Glow Plug?

I just bought a Losi XXX NT Adam Drake with a Novarossi MT12 on ebay. Any sugestions for which glow plug I should use?

20% or lower fuel, you'll be fine with a MC-59 or Nova #5.
30% or higher, you need a colder plug like the MC-9, or Nova #6 or #7. I run 30% with Nova #7 plugs in my MT12 engines.
