Engine head question

Hi all,

I just bought a used RB X15 engine with a Nova Mega evo3 head on it.

Since a evo3 head fits I was wondering what other engine heads will fit?
will a .12 engine head fit (like sirio .12) ?
Will novarossi's .15 heads fit what engine head will fit?

I don't know if the engine is turbo, turbo is only declaired by the engine head?
