If you're been scammed by CrazyEyes Hobbies aka Rick Knight

Has anyone who has been scammed by CrazyEyes Hobbies on eBay heard anything? I received an email from a Sheriff from Maricopa County in the Computer Crimes Dept who is supposedly investigating Rick Knight (CrazyEyes Hobbies). Just wondering if anyone else has gotten the email because I remember quite a few people here getting burned and there were quite a few people that this email was sent out to. The sheriff is asking for proof of transaction but also lots of personal info so I was just trying to make sure this is legit.
