recently i posted a thread about destroying the clutch bell on my axis ,it has both steel spur and bell ,can i shim the bell out to reuse it the spur is only about 1/8th in thick and there is plenty of teeth left to reuse this bell if i move it out there will still be enough to cover the clutch ,(till new 1 comes in),,just want to know if this is advisable or not ,,,and also should i switch to a plastic spur and a new bell ,i know they will wear quicker ,,but there is not slipper on my buggy and i do a good bit of bashing and jumps,i do not want to totally thrash the diffs via-no give in the spur bell combo,...
