TC3 Rally Conversion Better for Parking Lot Bashing?

Looking (online) at the TC3 Rally conversion kit for the TC3, it looks like the wheels/tires are a bit larger in diameter. Is this the case? If so, it seems this would make a TC3 basher (not racer) work better on parking lots and on the street, since it would have a little better ground clearance.

Am I correct on this? Has anyone put the Rally conversion kit on a TC3? What are your thoughts on it? I think it has longer arms - does this cause any problems? Are replacement parts easy to get?

The rally I believe is widened out to 200mm so it should be more stable than the 190mm standard TC3.

I guess I was mainly thinking about ground clearance. Does it have enough extra ground clearance to work better on parking lots or are we just talking about a miniscule amount?
