Talking Places To Run In Southern California

Hey all,
Anybody know of any ponds or lakes to run a GAS boat in the San Fernando Valley, CA area? I'm new to this and would prefer to find one close by rather than traveling 100 miles.
thanks for the help!

It kills me when people from mid-lower CA call themselfs Southern California. What does that make us here in San Diego? Mexico? Sorry for my rant
Any way I am not too familiar with that area but you would either fall into NAMBA district 19 or district 9. Get more info from their websites @ www.namba19.com or www.namba9.com .
19 is for southern Cali and Utah, AZ and NV
