MaxAmps rocks my socks!

Now I dont do this much, but im so impressed with just about everything! First off, their products are of amazing quality, and thir service is the BEST service EVER!! They sent me a personal letter, written in pen, from the owner. From Washington STATE!! ...I live in VIRGINIA!! I think that this takes such pride in their products, and their work! Anyone else have such a great experience like this? I would love to hear others stories, and their feedback in general.
