Pipe suggestion for an OS .18cvrx RS4 3 SS

Hey Guys I am looking for a pipe to compliment my RS4 3 .18 SS

I am going to purchase a new engine and I want to buy a new pipe too. I know there were some recent threads re: pipes but they all seem to regress to some completely different subject.

Anyway, I have an HPI RS4 3 SS that I plan to put an OS .18cvrx into (based on Saboteur's advice). But figured I should get a better pipe too.

The car isn't a racer but has been upgraded with various suspension upgrades but now I want/need more horsepower.

What would your advice be for a pipe for this particular setup. I am looking for something mid-priced and I have seen pipes on ebay and around for about $50 (I am not sure if that is a realistic price or not).

I would like a pipe that will give me all around better performance but if I had to pick where I want my power it would be low end or 1st gear power I rarely get up to top speed because of space problems where we drive.

So questions:

1) what manufacturers are reliable and produce a quality tuned pipe?

2) What do you think about rear exhaust setups for bashing? IE the TSAIS line? http://www.tsais.com/

3) Any thoughts on JPL? IE http://cgi.ebay.com/JPL-Tuned-Pipe-S...QQcmdZViewItem

4) I want a pipe I can run with my current engine and then bolt it onto my new OS.

Thanks for your help.
