The pinion gears ... do I have to make my own.. do you know who manufactors something that will work on the center diff but has a small shaft to fit on elect motors?

You can get mod1 pitch pinion gears at starluck-rc.com and rc-monster.com to fit both 5mm and 1/8" shaft motors.
Tower has some 5mm ones made by Century (helicopter company)

Which will fit on the shaft of the Novak HV-Maxx motor.. do you know?

Scyan or Glass.. I have now the parts and gears.. but when I used a plastic spur gear and a 32 pitch pinion gear, The pinion ate the spur gear within 3 feet of my first run.... What pinion and spur gears do you run with success... Anyone?????

The pinion should be Mod1 not 32pitch.

Yep.. a 32p has smaller teeth than the mod 1 (it's very close to mod .8)... not good.
