Problems with Dinball/RCMART

Now I've used this ebayer ALOT of times with no problems, I've used his shop RCMART directly a few times too.

I bought a Novak HV 4.5 Brushless off his ebay store, and it was dispatched on the 20th May 2007. I still haven't recieved it. Everthing elser I have ordered off him has came within about a week. The worrying thing is, I ordered an LRP Pulsar from his ebay store, which was dispatched 9 days later, and that arrived over 10 days ago!

I have emailed him 4-5 times to no avail, Set up a paypal dispute and he hasn't even contacted me with this? Any idea whats going on? Anyone else had problems?

I had the same problem. I live in the states so it naturally takes a little longer, but it took a month to get my part from him. No worries, just keep emailing him. He'll respond eventually. He did with me anyways.

But all other parts have arrived in a matter of days!!

It was just the one that was supplied by ebay. On the my ebay summery screen there is a "contact seller" link. I used that. Took about 3 emails but I finally got a reply from him.

Just an FYI, you don't really have to go through eBay to buy from them, they do have a website at www.rcmart.com . I have gone through that, works just fine(& has all the links you need to contact them in case anything happens).....

Depending on which service you shipped the parts with it might take up to 8 weeks in severe cases before a package is considered lost, its not THAT unusual that a package gets to go on a few world trips or gets lost temporarily at a postal station. Not sure if this helps at all, but thats how it works unfortunately. I would check what type of freight was used and then check what is stated about it.

i wouldnt worry about him, it could be the post.. Ive ordered from his ebay like 4 times and always got it..

Dinball/RCMART. It does take some time, average or 14 working days for the US. Depending on Customs in your country, and postal service. I dealt with Ebay once, after that RCmart directly. They keep track of order, an can be obtain by getting your membership number or order number. It shows you if it left China mainland. and tracking number. If you dealing with Ebay or PayPal, go to PayPal Or CC Company dealing with payPal, and "dispute" charges. It is your right with the CC Company.

Dealing with Ebay is the second, or even third party to deal with. Knowing that RCMart has own websight, dealing with them directly you're safer than Ebay...
