The Twin Force is a slightly old truck which is currently out of production. It was competition to the Tamiya TXT-1 and Traxxas E-Maxx, but didn't ever really catch on nearly as well as the other two have. Kyosho's store doesn't list it anymore, nor does Tower (never did), RL Hobbies, Horizon, or RC Planet. Ebay only has one truck listed, and it's used.
If you really want a new truck, you'll probably have to go with the TXT or E-Maxx, but personally they are significantly better trucks with infinitely better parts support, aftermarket backing, and overall quality. The new E-maxx is an awesome truck which is worth a look, but if you are enticed by the straight-axle suspension design as I am, go with the TXT-1. Mine is awesome, and there are many different ways to modify it, whether it be a basher, a race truck, a scale trail truck, or a rock crawler. I would seriously consider these two over the Twin Force, but if you are locked in, realize it is out of production and you might have to settle for used.
edit: here's the truck I saw on Ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/KYOSHO-TWIN-FORC...QQcmdZViewItem

Or an E-Savage!
Depends on what you want to do with it... TXT is a great crawler but not really as much for jumping and general bashing. The E-Maxx is hard to go wrong with, and almost every hobby shop you go to will have at least most of the parts on hand.

I've been researching some of the youtube vids of this truck and it certianly seems much more nimble than the EMaxx or E-Savy. Cannot understand why it didn't fair so well in the consumer market.

because its not a traxxas or a hpi... and not alot of people like to buy kits over rtrs..
this you had to build.. buy a evx for although the kyosho motors are quite better than the titans imo..
but from someone wanting a monster truck.. the emaxx is a better noob value hey look its rtr and i can play with it right away..
