how small of crawlers do they make cause ive got a set of 1/32 wheels from a ford toy i had

Grizz, if it's RC, and you can get into it to lock the diffs some how or another, people have made crawlers out of them. That said, about the only thing you'll see official classes for most places is 2.2 and super.

aww ok that explains some of what i was looking at, are they cheaper or more expensive for the smaller rigs??

Generally the larger, the more expensive. The exception is that you can spend thousands on hard core scale rigs of any size.
