yes, but without LVC( low voltage cut-off) you will want to invest in an inline aftermarket LVC to protect your batteries.

I read that my ESC can handle up to 16.8 volt max.
I dont know what a LVC is and where to get one?

low voltage cut-off.....or LVC, can be bought here........

it's job is to protect lipo batteries from dipping under a pre-set voltage. Under a certain voltage, and lipo's are shot. Also, dangerous.
