what regulator for a LiPo?

just bought a 7.4v 1200mAh LiPo to use as a light weight alternative to my 5 cell reciever pack on my MRX4X. Apparently I need a voltage regulator so I dont cook my reciever....but what one do I get? I am new to the LiPo scene so help me out!
