Hi everyone, this is my first post here.

First some background, my neice has recently came to live with us following the death of her mother and amongst her belongings are 3 rc vehicles.

A Nikko 1/10 Peugeot 206 - No Transmitter 27mhz #4 crystal in the car.
A Nikko 1/10 Ford GT - With 27mhz transmitter & #5 crystals in car & tx
An off road bike with tx - no evidence of interchangable crystals

I already have 2 rc helicopters.

An esky 2.4ghz Fixed Pitch and
A Esky King 3 with 35mhz crystals

I need to know the best low cost option to replace the lost Transmitter for the Peugeot so that I can use both cars at the same time.

Must I buy a Nikko Tx?
Can I use on of the Heli Tx's?
What would you do in this position?

As my name suggests I am an engineer but I normally deal with mechanical not electronics so any assistance would be appreciated.
