Probably not.

OS typically has a different crank for a pull start engine since it has an additional "nub" to engage the starter shaft. This is left off of the non-PS crankshaft so even if you found a backplate and starter shaft that fit, there would be no way to engage the crank.

As long as the car can be used on a starter box, that would be the right way to go. If you are paying $300+ for an engine, the extra $100 for a starter box should be factored into the cost. Plus, unlike the rotostart that probably will fail long before the engine wears out, a starter box is usually a one time expense and can be used on future cars.

Yeah I found that out the hard way, but my question now is there a crank made for that motor that will allow me to have a roto start?

If O.S. did not offer a pull start version there will not be a crank available.

Not to mention Tower is asking $92 for just the non-PS crank.

Several years ago before all of the +.21 big block trucks were available, anything over .21 was almost unheard of, and T-Maxx big block conversions were the norm, I seem to remember someone offering a pull start conversion for the V01b but I think they had to machine the crank or something to make it work.

Either way it seemed like a lot of work that would end up voiding the engine's warranty. Plus the picture on Tower's site shows an oil port on the V-Spec's crank so it probably cannot be modified in the same way.
