Made a few additions this weekend. I want a vice on my main work area, but when working on larger projects, it's kind of in the way. I found this adjustable vice with vaccuum mount on sale at Lowes for $25 so I snuck one in the cart when the wife wasn't looking. Great addition!
It swivels, so it can be used as a vice, clamp, solder holder - all kinds of uses. My workbench is wood, so to get a smooth surface to stick it to I cut out a small lexan square and screwed it to the corner of the bench. The vaccuum base holds it perfectly, and it's removable when I need the room.

Solder station
Removed, and plenty of room
While I was at it, made a simple screwdriver station as well. Simple leftover 2x4 drilled to match my most used drivers, and screwed to the front of the bench. Simple and free. Just have to glap some paint on it.
