F350 uses the stock HL chassis.

The Chevy is a Junfac "lightweight" Tamiya HL chassis. Before it was painted black:

Thanks! I need one of these! Just not sure if I want the F-350 or the Tundra. I wish the chassis was the same for both so I could have both bodies!

Do you prefer the Axial or Tamiya? I think I want the Tamiya because it looks way more scale and has the awesomely detailed Tamiya hard bodies.

Tamiya for a scale truck if you want to go all out on the body work and details, and enjoy a great build. Axial if you want a better runner and overall perfomer...the Axial build is fun, but building up a 3 speed is very satisfying.

nwsrc scale comp feb 19th 2012 pics.

I run the scale comps with some friends at morthwestscalerc. We had our second season comp sunday. here are some pics of my course I judged in c3 and a trail run after the comp. It was also the debut of my crewcab hilux. Literally the first time I drove it was on the way to the c1 course 1.

update on my dingo.
started over with a proline k5 blazer

body painted and mounted

the sticker grill has got to go

clod grill in


needs some flairs. homemade from styrene



built the roof rack,brass tube and steel mesh,with a canoe rack


painted up with some goodies in it


home brewed cms with pan hard bar



homemade steel driveshafts



interior



powered mp3 speaker


headlights,and tail lights



my rook rack made it to top heavy,it had to go
