Help with charging Team Check-Point lipo with Venom Pro Charger

Charging Team Check-Point 7.4 banana plug lipo with external balancer with a Venom Pro Charger. Keep getting Broken Connection error. Am I doing something wrong or is there a specific way of charging them. Help. Thanks.
