AWSOME RIDE,True muscle....

So I picked up some aluminum rod which is scale diameter for a wheelie bar.

Still haven't decided on what wheel setup to run on the wheelie bar. Also undecided on how to mount it. I'll be studying some wheelie bars to see how I want to build the frame. I have an idea. Just need to plan it out. Also need to pick up a side cutting bit so that I can make the joints flush.

So I finally put the decals on. The headlights have been individually cut out. Same with the grills and window frames. I hate the clear vinyl over the windows. I fought with the drivers side and had to settle with how it ended up looking because I was starting to stretch the vinyl. I had to cut and match up the lines to conceal the stretch. I have yet to paint the rear light and bumper lexan. I also mounted the body to the chassis with screws. NO BODY CLIPS for that sleek look. I want the front bumper closer to the ground. The gap is more noticable with a black bumper than when the body wasn't painted. So I will have to see how much clearance I have between the front tire and the body. If I can shave 1/8th inch off of the body post and not rub the tire when the spring compresses then that's what I will do. I can't go lower on the rear as I only have 1/8th inch of space between the top and sides of the tires and the body.

I also plan on ordering a pair of aluminum front wheels. The black up from it just too dark. With aluminum wheels it will break up the darkness in the front and make it stand out more. I can't find any cheap chrome true drag front ones to use.

Let me know what you guys think.
