SO.. i just got this a week ago . i felt like doing alot of donuts the 1 tire is completely shot out. I was wondering if i'm gonna replace 1 tire if i should replace all so there all even on how much treading is left..

Hey welcome!

I usually replace pairs since tires are sold in pairs. Then put the two closest-worn tires on the front since you'll go through rears faster usually. I'd try to use all the tires as long as I can. No reason to replace the whole set unless you want to try something different or want different wheels, etc. It won't hurt anything otherwise though.
