What's a relaible .12/.15?

I need to get a new engine for my GT, and I want a reliable engine that will last a long time. I know that to make any engine last longer, dont run it WOT for very long, and don't overheat it. I was thinking of a Picco .12 standard exhaust pull start because it's alot cheaper than an OS. I was also looking at a Fantom .12 Are those any good? NovaRossi are expensive, and I don't need a racing engine, just a reliable engine.
