New Night Photo

It was 72 degrees at 9:00 P.M. and the wind was under 10 mph, so I took my EAM Pop-Fly out for a photo session. It only took about 30 photos to get this one.

These Pop-Fly wings are GREAT!

Cool!

Looks nice Gary. Not sure what you mean by Pop Fly, but I hope it can't invert! I can't see how you would tell which way it is. Is there any way to distinguish direction?

Good news - I have resistors! Now I just need to get some LEDs... Soon...

Mike.

Down side up

Mike,

The Pop-Fly is a great kit or Ready-To-Fly (RTF) foam wing available at Electric Aero Modelling U.S.A. (EAM). Check out their web site and order one or two:

http://eam.net

The top of my Pop-Fly is covered with a different color material, so the wingtips are a different color when it's inverted. It's only inverted when half way through a roll, or when I'm flying it up side down.

I have put lights on my TM. I think its almost as easy to fly at night as in the day. The only differrence is a lot more fun and hopefully you scare your nieghbors into thinking its a ufo . I will try to post a pic if i figure out how to do it. Thanks for introducing me into a new field in backyard flying.
