stuffing tube question

Hi guys

need a little bit of help. I've built a mono deep v-hull race boat and it measures just a little over 83", I have a 36cc race engine and is almost finished but have come across the problem of stuffing tubes. How do I make one? and from what? or where can I get one from? The prop shaft Im using is 1/4" flexishaft if that helps.

Please could someone throw some light on my situation.
