Attention Novak BL owners

Ok. I finally got my Novak SS system set up,when I turn everything on,the esc's blue light comes on solid, and the motor goes by itself really slow, and I've checked the throttle controls and everything..SOMEONE has to know whats going on.

before you turn on push the set switch down until a red light comes on. then set your throttles again if that dont work in my opinion send it back in to novak for service. I kept mine for two days to be honest it was doing what your describing and I could not set it. Sometimes on occasin it would set, but then glitch after a big jump in my triple XXX. then all of a sudden it stopped setting and the motor just ran even when I tried to set it.

If your forward and reverse are switched, then you went through the setup process a little backwards. Look:

Turn on Transmitter

Press, and hold, the set button

While holding the set button, turn the speed control ON.

Continue holding the set button until the RED LED turns SOLID red. Release the button immediately when this happens.

Pull transmitter throttle to FULL-ON position (full-forward) Hold it until the LED turns GREEN.

Immediately push throttle to FULL BRAKES. Hold until BLINKING GREEN.

Immediately return throttle to neutral. Wait until Amber, green, and red LEDs turn on SOLID, and then wait until only the red LED is on.

You're set and ready to go! Just follow the instructions above or in your manual. If it doesn't work, repeat the setup process. Most of the time you just didn't set it up properly. Hope you get that thing going!
