What an inspiring build you have achieved Thor...well done.

However, all the thread has done is made me desperate to see a vid of the machine running and doing some testing. Any chance?

Damn man that thing is a effin' fine piece of work. I am not worthy to be in the presence of such R/C greatness! Keep up the good work.

Sexiest RC I have ever seen.

However, the only part I don't like from an aesthetic standpoint is the nose. I figure you can do something more aggressive than just wrapping an Alu sheet around it. The rear is sportbike-sexy-delicious. If only the front were more like it. But that's just me

Keep up the good work.

he was going to fit a body on it. i think he scratched that idea....so that might be why the nose is like that. i like it, it could use some more flare as compared to the rest of the truck...but whatever. lol.

i have some ideas if you are still reading Thorbob:
CNC the front with "your" logo...make something up

cut holes in it for more ventilation...probably wont actually do much but if your going for looks...

add some rally lights, rather big ones, and/or mount a skidplate/bumper that would make the front bit less simple.

but simple is good.

it might actually be safer for the truck if there's a skidplate up front with more of a 45degree angle with the ground... and then maybe a bumper with uprights to protect the shock towers.... although i dont think thatwould be an issue. whatever...i'm just throwing out ideas for the heck of it. i like it

That is a very impressive build. I like how everything is aluminum. I would say thats one of the best looking Trophy Trucks ever. I think it would look better with a body on it though, it would give it that extra touch.
Great work Thor

My. F*CKING. God. I would seriously suggest talking to some of the major RC companies and seeing if you cant get that into production. You would make millions off of that. The coolest thing ever introduced to the world of RC's.

I dig the prototype look. Even looks better now than it did in the beginning which is amazing. You should seriously get this thing done and put it on ebay...
Why make BILLIONS when you could make .... THOUSANDS????

I gotta admit I really like the stance of the truck now; with the sloped nose and wider stance it sorta flows better imo.

Anyways..

A few more snaps..(shameless posing alert)

Look OK?

Thor
that is a beauty!!!

There is are two videos. One of the two motors bolted to a block of wood, and one of the truck on a stand running the engines. Nothing major.

This is prolly one of my favorite builds on any rc related site. If not my favorite. I wish we could get some info on the whereabouts of this amazingly beautiful project. And if ThorBob is doing any other builds.
