Check out this site. Its not in its final stage, but you can watch live TV on it. It works best if you set the buffer on WMP to 30 seconds. The Offroad channel is pretty interesting, and hey, it beats nothing if your someone like me who wont pay for cable, or you don't get cable (but somehow get broadband?). Anyway, check it out.
