Really not alot to tell, just charge 'em up properly(usually at around 5 amps max. if you're not seriously racing & with a proper voltage threshold so they won't get too hot when they peak), just run 'em in the car, discharge at 20-30 amps with a cutoff switch(one that can shut off the discharge when the pack's voltage drops under .9 volts per cell in the pack, which would be under 5.4 volts in a 6-cell one) & then finish discharging on a tray like Novak's Smart Tray(which can also be set to .9 volts per cell & can discharge the cells in a side-by-side pack individually), let 'em rest a few hours, & repeat. In other words, just use 'em normally, & they should be fine(just keep an eye out for false peaks when they're brand new, & if it happens just restart the charger & keep an eye on 'em until it doesn't false peak anymore, they sometimes can be prone to false peak some until they're fully broken in).....

Grozzbob is correct, there is nothing special that needs to be done to new cells.
