more octura prop questions

are the "2" series props lifters? the 2132 looks tempting for a shot on my blizzard. also, the 1.25 prop caught my eye too. more pitch than an x632, but slightly smaller diameter. is that a straight thrust prop or a lifter? this boat doesn't need a lifting prop to get it's butt out of the water.

Yes, the 21 series props are lifters with much higher pitch so they would be 2.1 times the pitch as the diameter.

i'm wondering...what if i rake the trailing edge of the prop and re-shape the leading edge a bit if i can take out some of the lift. this boat DOES NOT need lift. it's pretty light, and the tail end doesn't have any weight on it at all. however, it seems that the pitch i need is in the lifting props. it'll spin a 1735, but the prop spends most of it's time out of the water so it's actually slower. i think there are a few of these props at the LHS so maybe i'll pick them up and start grinding and see what happens. i like my x632...but i know i can get a bit faster if i can tweak another prop. i wanna win some races this summer
