The question is what paint did you use? You might have had the right paint but sprayed in to heavy coats, which caused it to run. Also you might have bought a transparnet paint, which if it isn't backed then you can see through it (use white or silver to back it (I like useing silver the most for that type of paint))

If it's not a metallic paint, you can probably just go over the inside again with the same color and it will still look near perfect. Just make sure to do really light coats and give it time to dry between coats (a couple minutes should do). Also make sure it's over 70 degrees in the room your painting in. Otherwise the paint will run way to easy...
If your paint is a metallic, you will see weird swirls & patterns in the metal flakes after you re-coat it, but it can still look good.

BoLink body wash, if you can find some, will take anything off.
If I remember right, brake fluid will do the trick also.
What color is it?

You know you can back the blue (spray another color) with silver or white to make the paint un-transparnet. It might look a little off, but it will still be useable. (also without a pic, we cant tell how bad it really is) Also use the same brand of paint, but spray in very light coats so the paint doesnt run, and when useing transparnet paints (like the blue you used), spray in very light coats and check the coverage with white paper (aslo tranparnet paints are thinner then opaque, or metalic paints so that = it will run easier)

it sounds like your holding the spray can too close to the body. the farther away you hold the can, the finer and smoother the mist will be, but the longer it will take. you should hold the can about 6-16 inches away, but from what your saying, it sounds like you are holding th can 1-2 inches away. you should cut some of the scrap lexan off your nex body and try spraying them at different distances to practice first. you might want to soak the can in hot water for a few minutes too. when i used spray cans i would always soak my cans in hot water because it will give you a smooth and fine spray.
oh and one more thing. if its see through when you hold it up to a light, thats normal. but it shouldnt be see through when looking at it from the outside and not over a light. if it is, then you bought the wrong kind of paint (but it would be cool to use that for a blue window tinit! )
