i'm thinking of getting rid of all the crappy AM systems i have, and going for a more expensive FM system with a nice screen and a bunch of features. i'm also looking for a system where the receivers are not too much money, as i dont wanna be putting $100+ receivers into every car. i would also like a frequency module that can output to all channels without me having to to change crystals.

any brands to watch out for?

i've always liked the airtronics M8's. and now i see the receivers they use are fairly cheap ($30ish)

also, i plan on only using this radio for cars and maybe a boat down the line, no planes or air, so i'm looking for a pistol grip.
