Jim what color florescent Green and Yellow are those and who makes them ( at the very top of the page?)---> they look so vibrant

Those are Pactra, I mixed Fl yellow and rally green(just a few drops) about 10:1 yellow to green for the bright green. The yellow is straight Fl. yellow.
The green is actually brighter in person, the camera seems to pick up on the green hue a little more then in person.

what kind of body was that on the last page at the bottom it was green and probably a 4wheeler?

savagekid94, that is a Yokomo body for the YZ10 car. Painted it for a very good customer in Spain(1 of 12 i'm painting for him this run).
It might make the magazine over there, since he has gotten a few of my works in already, even one on the cover, !
