Exclamation having some problems...

Recently I bought a new Charger.
To, charge some new lipos I got.

so, my problem is every time I charge one of my lipos they start to puff up then go back down.

These are maxamps 5250mah 2c lipos. I got three of them two are now gone because of puffing.

The settings on my charger say nimh, (5200) mah 2cell charged at "5.5" amps?

What am I doing wrong?

Please I need help!!!!!!!

Well, though I'm sure this is yet another April Fool's thread, the problem would be that your charger is set for the incorrect chemistry. Set it for "LiPo" and call it a lesson learned. You didn't mention the brand or model of charger. Some auto-sense, most require that you set them manually.

If you charge a lipo on NiMH or NiCd settings it certainly will expand.

Yeah, we figured you weren't noob enough to make that mistake.
But, still a topic worth discussing.
