If all goes well this week, probably head out to RW Friday about 1:30PM for a few hours to get some practice runs in... looks like maybe I'll be joined by some others that want to get prepared for the first series race this Saturday.

For the race this Saturday: ROSEWOOD – Open at 9:00AM... Registration: 10:00AM-11:00AM... Racing starts at 12 NOON

ok I'll update the page with points after the first race.

I looked at all the calendars i have and the second race is the same day as the Indy 500, Monaco Grand Prix, and Coke 600!! My DVR will be working hard that Sunday! I know what I'll be doing on Monday- at least I can fast forward cautions and commercials

Hey, who stuck me in Fayetteville team? haha Well you can also add me to 17.5 boosted. Gonna run that as well. I'll use my narrow Zero to run 17.5 and my normal Zero for mod. But you can put me down for Rosewood 17.5. I'll stay with Fayetteville for Mod since no one there is representing. But I live in GOLDSBORO!

LOL... there is no "TEAM TRACK" listed for you under MOD. I just put you and Brian in that area so that the number of names evened out. When everyone registers for the first race this Saturday, I will get what "TEAM" everyone will run for... NO DEFECTING to the other team after that

To be honest Pete, I don't have class confirmation from the majority of the racers. On the carpet we only ran 17.5 (NO MOD), so that is where most everyone is listed. I guess we won't know until Saturday who has the guts to run the big dog motors.

Just a question,,, how come it's starting a 12 at the Wood when we normally start at 2?
And can I get some special points added because I'm gonna miss the first two races in Fayetteville due to a graduating niece the first one and a south American bound sister the second time. That means I'll be in Texas both times!! My radio is good but not that good!!

With that said, I am LIKELY to miss the FIRST race, which sucks. My brother is going away for 6 months and is having a big going away party on Saturday. If I do not make the first race that is why.

I'll come the next weekend to make up for missing a race to get track time though. OR I MIGHT go to Fayetnam on Sunday to get some track time there.

I can't think of any excuse not to be there Sat.

George, you can run under whichever team banner you want to choose... individual points are all addded together and then averaged for the team total, so it does not matter if one team has a few more racers than the other team. It's all for fun and of course bragging rights
