More info added to the thread. A Sportsman Class has been added for those who just want to try small scale racing... just 10 bucks for a full day of racing and the chance to win cool prizes!

We will be setting up the track at HT Thursday April 7 with warm-up races held later in the evening. Come check it out. The track will be open all day Friday for testing and tuning. We will also have practice Saturday morning with qualifiers starting at 12PM. Bring out your Zs and join us!

We had a great day of racing, lots of fun with racers from North and South. Please check the MiniZRacer.com site, see link first post, for results and upcoming videos.
We hope to schedule more MiniZ events at HobbyTown in the future but for the near term the MiniZ RCP track has been removed and no weekly MiniZ racing will be held. We had hoped to get a good local, Mooresville, small scale on road scene going but as summer approaches and off road really takes over we predict even less weekly attendance. Also the track takes up space that can be used by the larger scale touring and oval guys that may be running over the summer.
For those interested in MiniZ racing, please visit us at High Speed Hobbies in Landis for weekly MiniZ racing on Thursday evenings starting at 6:30PM. We have a strong scene going there all year. See the MiniZRacer.com website, High Speed Hobbies threads for more details.
