Supposedly it might be a hybrid. But hey, if ford is going this way in design I wonder what else might show up in the future. Expecialy the 2015 mustang on its (I believe) 50th year mark.

Btw, I wanna know your opinions on what it looks like/mix with other cars? Wanna know if you guys share the same ideas I had when I saw it.

styling wise i don't care for the front end. from the front hubs back its not bad. i do notice some styling cues from other cars. i see some bugatti veyron in it. i see some aston martin in it. doors by delorean (or mercedes). squinting R8 headlights.
be cool if it was a hydrogen powered car. really embrace the future in both design and power plant.

No one shows concept cars as what they would appear when they get to the car dealership.

Those doors and floaty crappy are toast. Headlights are a no go, way to small.

This crap is why I quit industrial design. Too many hopes and dreams rather than practicable vehicles. Hybrid is cool, but your concept should fit the demand and you'll be a winner.

currently it's kind of cool. but there's nothing like government regulations, environmental concerns, emissions controls, safety standards, and cost to mess up progression. by the time this thing hits the market it's going to be so toned down it's going to be just another boring ugly hybrid that only hippies, hipsters, tree huggers and smug idiotic going green people are going to buy because of it's status message

This car is not just sexy its steamy hot cars I never saw such car form the Ford Motors its really fabulous car and one more information I want to share it with you that Ford will be soon coming with its new mini SUV with low price range its name is Ford Ecosport.

Ford Ecosport, the mini-SUV, is expected to hit Indian shores at the upcoming Auto Expo in 2012. Based on Ford Fiesta platform, this Ecosport SUV is a marvelous piece and has garnered a lot of praises in global market since its launch in 2004. A new 1.0 L, 3 cylinder Ecoboost petrol engine is being speculated for this new SUV along with a diesel version. Ford Ecosport is said to repeat the wonders done by Ford Figo in India.

Ford Ecosport price will be somewhere around Rs 8 lakh-Rs 12 lakh as expected by car pundits. The affordable price will also be due to the length of this crossover which will not exceed 4 metre and thus attract the government’s levy applicable on all sub 4-metre cars. To keep the price in check Ford Motors is considering building this compact SUV in India itself. Ford Ecosport SUV will create a niche market in India where affordable mini-SUVs are still a far flung entity. However, soon to be launched Renault Duster can be a tough competitor. Ten on ten can be given to the looks of Ecosport which sheds a sporty appearance with the help of its rugged and compact looks. The SUV will be large enough to accommodate 5 passengers comfortably.

chevrolet volt is Chevrolet's attempt at making an electric car, unfortunately the batteries have a tendency to explode in people's garages, causing their houses to burn down

I got this chevrolet volt and sharing its some interesting thing here...
