starTup problem again

Help!

I follow all the instruction but still could not start the engine. By the way, this is a New RTR 1/8 Storm buggy.
I check the Glow igniter and plug and they both work fine (I saw glow from the wire. Fuel going into the Carb when I put my finger to the exhaust outlet while i am pulling the cord. I put the Glow igniter on it and start pulling it. But the enigine never started.
What else i am missing? What else i could check?
(I did not touch the needles setting, Storm recommand don't touch any setting because is already preset)
It is very tricky for a beginner!!!

The engine needs three things to run: Fuel, air and spark. You've got the fuel and spark already. Check the barrel opening and make sure that the carb is getting enough air. Make sure that the engine isn't getting to much fuel when you prime it and flooding. It's also a good idea to double check the needle settings on the carb.

The barrel opening is the hole that goes from where the air filter mounts on the carb to the crankcase. I think that this "barrel" is also called the Carb venturi. When the throttle is fully opened, the barrel should also be fully opened(or close to it). When the throttle is fully closed(such as when the engine is idling or you hit the brakes) there should be only a small opening. There should be a diagram of the carb in your instructions that illustrates what I'm talking about. The opening of the carb when there is no throttle being applied is controlled buy the set screw which is right next to the opening. Don't overtighten this screw or you may damage the carb. Flooding...........Just don't prime it to much. It only needs a little fuel to start. You'd really be best suited going to a hobby store or a friend's house who is experienced with nitro.

Hope this helps
